PROGRAM SPONSOR & MERCHANT FEES, & CARD COSTS
(Effective January 1, 2007)
Setup Fee:
There's No Software cost, No card swipe transaction fees, No anual fees, No cost
to access your online reports, No cost to set up your own web page listing, No equipment
programing cost, and there is No credit card charges required.
Equipment:
Merchants must possess, or acquire equipment compliant with the program to participate. The program is certified to operate on thirteen (13) of the most popular POS terminal types in use today (Verifone Tranz 330 and P-250 Printer stand alone, Verifone Tranz 380 and P-250 Printer with the credit card processing, likewise simultaneous to the credit card processing on the Verifone 420 and 460, Talento, Omni 3740 &
3730, the Nurit 2085 and 8320, and 2 other Nurit mobile models, in Nextel cell phones enabled to process credit cards, all touch screens, on PC registers with PC Charge software, and we offer a Virtual Terminal program for websites). If a merchant needs to acquire compliant equipment, our preference is to provide access to an Omni 3740
(IP capable) or 3730 POS Terminal to participate in this program, as it is our opinion that these 2 terminals are the most cutting edge of equipment at the best value.

And for those needing to lease, we can provide a terminal for 48 months at $29.95 monthly, with a $1 buy out at end of lease term, for “A”, “B” and “C” credit. 12, 24 and 36 month lease terms are likewise available.

Monthly Account Maintenance Fee:
The monthly account maintenance fee is just $29.95 per month; billing begins upon execution of the Program App. And includes ALL program management fees.
Transaction Fees:
There are NO card swipe transaction fees !
Cash Rebates:
Are values determined by the specific merchant, whereas the merchant chooses a percentage of the sale to award as cash-back to the cardholder per purchases made, between 15% to 20% respectively. The cash rebate goes on the card as cash available to the cardholder to spend at ANY participating merchant location in the network, immediately upon issuance. The remaining 10% of
the cash rebate is retained to cover all back-end systems management network program
operations costs.

Cash Loading:
All cards can be loaded with funds; as the merchant automatically issues cash rebates per purchases made, or as funds directly loaded to the card by the cardholder, in any amount the cardholder chooses, to be utilized as the cardholder chooses to make purchases at participating in-network merchant locations, and online. Cash can be loaded to cards at the merchants POS Terminal, or online at the SRX™ and select Program Sponsor websites.
Merchant locations and Program Sponsor websites must apply to become "Cash Loading Stations" and acquire certification to be able to load cash onto cards, per a credit and security review. The ability to load cash to cards carries with it a serious fiduciary responsibility, and a host of security issues must be addressed to allow this exceptional functionality.
NO cash-back is permitted ! NO cash will be allowed to be drawn off the cards once put on the cards unless directly via a purchase made, per the price and tax of the purchase only.
Redeeming Cash:
There is NO cost to redeem cash from any card. Cash can only be debited from a card per a purchase made, being the price of the purchase (ONLY), excluding tax, tip
and alcohol !
ACH Reconciliation Fee:
There is a $1.00 per ACH account reconciliation fee (per transaction of ALL funds electronically transferred; debited from or credited to the merchants designated bank account), to reconcile the account for all rebates issued and redeemed, as well as all cash loaded to and debited from cards.
All transactions are reconciled daily, unless otherwise negotiated, with debits and credits recorded per transaction and via daily terminal batch.
Balances are debited from or credited to the merchant’s designated account electronically per the schedule of ACH reconciliations determined at the time the Merchants Program App is concluded. The number of ACH reconciliation's may increase per day, or be schedulted weekly, even monthly, per the merchants Program App as it is concluded. All Transaction reports are available real-time online and archived !
Program Card Sales:
Merchants may implement a
"Private Labeled" loyalty-rewards program, and issue activated
custom-designed cards loaded with some value determined by the customer, to their customers and members. All custom-designed cards are immediately activated for use at the issuing merchant only. Cardholders may activate use of these Private Labeled custom-designed cards to additionally participate in the wider "Public Program", being able to use their cards at other participating merchant locations, and online, by registering their (Merchant Program) Private Labeled custom-designed cards at the SRX™ website at: www.SRX.com.
Note: All program cards have a December 15th
"Expiration Date" of each active year that the card was acquired, unless specifically noted on the card per a specific Program Sponsors request that there be
NO Expiration Date, on a program-by-program basis!
The ADC Platinum Cash card program has a one (1) year expiration on ALL cards, whereas any cash remaining on cards can continue to be debited down off of the card until all funds thereon are exhausted, yet no new rebates or cash loads can be made to the card, until the cardholder registers the card online at the SRX website, at:
www.srxcard.com or renews their membership; the annual membership renewal fee being $19.95!

Card Costs:
The different between a Program Sponsor or Merchant, is based upon volume of cards
being issue.
Card costs to customers (recipients) are based upon pricing established by the Program Sponsor, Merchants do not sell cards, Merchants can issue cards by loading cards
with some value determined by the customers as a gift card or as an convernience
shopping card to make purchases, yet all cards acquired online at the SRX™ website are priced at $19.95 per card !

Activation Procedure:
Applies to merchants at storefront, and online at the SRX™
website
Customer purchases the card from the merchant. Merchant activates the card by swiping it through a credit card POS terminal or the keyboard swipe of an Internet-connected PC, Laptop or PC register (or a cell phone with a card swipe device). The customers
must load the card with some value, as a gift card to give to someone, or as a conveneince
shopping card for purchases.
Or, cardholders can register and activate their cards online at the SRX™ website by clicking on the box to the right on the home page for user login, for "New User Registration”, and keying in their card number.
Security Limits:
Cards can be loaded with any dollar amount of value. For security purposes, each merchant may place a ceiling (cap) on the amount of the rebates and/or cash to be loaded to a card at the merchant's location. Security limits for the loading of cash online at sites established as “Cash Loading Stations” other than at the SRX™
website will be determined upon a case-by-case basis as such sites are certified and established. All online card registration will establish 4-digit security PIN
for each cardholder, requiring every cardholder to use their PIN whenever doing
any activities online at the SRX™ website.
Lost, Stolen or Damaged Cards:
Lost, stolen or damaged cards can (Only) be replaced via the Program Sponsor (Card Issuer) or Merchant, or online at the SRX™ website per purchase of a new card. Cardholders must purchase a new card, if the card was purchased initially (as opposed to issued at no cost), per the same terms as applied when the card was first acquired. However, the value; (cash balances) remaining on lost, stolen or damaged cards may be transferred to the new card, only if the customer is properly registered at the SRX™ website (and lost or stolen cards are reported immediately, and before said funds are fraudulently withdrawn from the card: 800-733-2021). The cardholder is ultimately responsible for maintaining the security of their card, and their funds on the card. Neither SRX™, nor the Program Sponsor, nor the Merchant will be held liable for lost, stolen or damaged cards, and any funds or rebate value remaining thereon said cards. Cardholders are encouraged to treat their card just like cash.
Other Fees and Costs:
Other fees and costs may apply per special circumstances; complex merchant systems integrations, special licensing deals, per request for special options, inclusion/design of a complex data mining program, etc.
